1. Agreement to these Terms

By downloading or using Lunchbox Fit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. The rules of the store where you obtained the game also apply to downloads, purchases, and refunds through that store. If there is a conflict about a store transaction, the store rules and applicable law govern that transaction.

2. Who may play

Lunchbox Fit is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and approve your use and any purchases. Do not make a purchase without permission from the person responsible for the payment method.

3. Using the game

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and play Lunchbox Fit for your own use, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules. We retain ownership of the game, its code, artwork, audio, names, and other content. Buying a virtual item does not transfer ownership of the game or its intellectual property.

4. Purchases and virtual items

The Android game may offer optional virtual coin packs through Google Play Billing. The price and details shown in Google Play at checkout control your purchase. Google processes payment, and any applicable refund request is handled under Google Play's rules and your legal rights. Contact us if a purchased item does not appear in the game so we can help investigate.

Coins, cosmetics, and other in-game items are digital features for use within Lunchbox Fit. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred between players, or redeemed for money. We may change game balance and available items as the game develops. We will not take away paid content in a way that overrides rights you have under applicable law.

5. Optional rewarded ads

The game may offer rewarded advertisements. Watching them is optional, and the game remains playable without them. Rewards are granted only when the game confirms that an eligible ad was completed. An ad provider or device connection may occasionally prevent an ad or reward from being available.

6. Google Play Games

Google Play Games sign-in and leaderboards are optional. If you use them, Google's terms and community rules also apply to that service. Your player name, avatar, and eligible scores may appear to others according to your Google Play Games settings. You can play the main game without signing in to Play Games.

7. Fair play and prohibited use

Do not use cheats, automation, exploits, or altered game files to manipulate purchases, rewards, or leaderboards. Do not attempt to disrupt the game or other players, impersonate others, or use the game unlawfully. We may restrict access to optional online features or remove invalid leaderboard entries where reasonably needed to protect the game and its players.

8. Availability and saved progress

Game progress and settings are generally stored on your device. Clearing app storage, changing devices, or uninstalling the game may remove local progress, subject to your device's backup and restore settings. Optional ads, purchases, and leaderboards depend on third-party services and may be unavailable at times. We may update, repair, or discontinue features, giving notice when appropriate. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

9. Privacy

The Lunchbox Fit Privacy Policy explains information stored or processed when you use the game and its optional services. It is a separate document and is part of your decision about whether to use those services.

10. Your rights and responsibility

We provide Lunchbox Fit with reasonable care, but software can have bugs and service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections or remedies for faulty digital content. You remain responsible for keeping your device and store account secure.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the game, store services, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised terms at this address and update the effective date. For material changes, we may also provide notice in the game or store listing when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, where applicable law allows.
