ChibiFocus Policies

Privacy Policy

ChibiFocus, a Celexly product, is built to keep your data on your own device. The free extension does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. It does not track your browsing, and it does not use any analytics.

Information stored on your device

To make the extension work, ChibiFocus saves the following on your own computer using Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local). This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else:

You can clear all of this at any time by removing the extension.

Site icons

For the favorites quick links, the extension shows each site's icon using Chrome's own built in local favicon cache. No request is made to any external favicon service, and no list of your links is sent anywhere.

The optional Pro upgrade

ChibiFocus offers an optional paid "Pro" upgrade. Payments are handled by a third party payment provider, ExtPay (extensionpay.com), which uses Stripe to process transactions. If, and only if, you choose to purchase Pro:

We do not receive or store your card details. We do not sell or share your information. The email and payment handling exist only to provide and restore your Pro purchase. For more detail, see the ExtPay and Stripe privacy policies.

Data we do not collect

Children

ChibiFocus is a general audience productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same location with a new "last updated" date.

Refund Policy

ChibiFocus is free to install and use. The Pro upgrade is optional. If a Pro purchase did not work as expected, we want to make it right.

Free version

The core extension, including the focus timer, tasks, streaks, achievements, the living world, and six companions, is free forever. There is nothing to pay for and nothing to refund to use ChibiFocus.

Pro plans

Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider, ExtPay (extensionpay.com), using Stripe.

How to request a refund

Email celexlytech@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and, if you have it, the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
