Privacy Policy
Dynasty Rush: Tower Defense, a Celexly product, is an offline single-player game.
It does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. The only time the extension contacts
the internet is when you choose to buy the optional Pro unlock, which is handled by our payment
provider.
What we collect
Nothing about you. We do not collect names, emails, location, browsing
history, analytics, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information. There are no
trackers, no ads, and no third-party analytics in the extension.
Data stored on your device
Your game progress and settings (stars, unlocked heroes and towers,
upgrades, achievements, difficulty, audio and control preferences) are saved locally on your
computer using Chrome's storage API.
This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us or anyone else.
Uninstalling the extension removes it.
Payments (optional Pro unlock)
The optional Pro unlock is processed by ExtensionPay
(extensionpay.com), which
uses Stripe as the payment processor.
When you open the checkout, your payment details are entered directly on ExtensionPay and
Stripe's secure pages. Celexly never sees or stores your card number or billing
details.
ExtensionPay stores only the minimum needed to remember that your installation has paid, so
your Pro unlock can be restored. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy
policy (extensionpay.com/privacy)
and Stripe's (stripe.com/privacy).
The extension only contacts extensionpay.com, and only to check paid status or
open checkout. No game data is ever transmitted.
Permissions we request and why
storage: to save your game progress and settings on your own device.
Access to https://extensionpay.com/*: solely to process the
optional Pro purchase and verify your paid status. It is never used to read other
websites.
Children
Dynasty Rush is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information
from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be
reflected here.
Refund Policy
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You are charged once and keep your
Pro unlock forever. There are no recurring charges, and there is nothing to cancel. All sales are
final and we do not offer refunds.
One-time purchase
The game is free to download and play. The Pro unlock is an
optional one-time purchase. It is not a subscription: you pay
a single time, and Pro stays unlocked permanently for your installation. You will never be
billed again.
You can try the full free content before deciding to buy.
No refunds
Because Pro is digital content that is delivered and unlocked immediately after payment,
all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by
applicable law.
Since there is no subscription and no recurring billing, there is nothing to cancel and no
future charges to stop.
