Privacy Policy

Emberwake, a Celexly product, is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. It collects no personal data, no usage analytics, and no identifiers of any kind. Gameplay is fully offline. The only time it contacts the network is if you choose to buy the optional supporter pack.

What we collect

Nothing. Emberwake collects no personal data, no usage analytics, and no identifiers of any kind. There are no accounts and no sign-in.

Network access

The game itself makes no network requests. All art and audio are generated procedurally in code at load time, with no external servers, APIs, CDNs, trackers, or ads. Gameplay is fully offline.

The one exception is the optional supporter pack. If, and only if, you choose to buy it, the extension contacts ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) to process the one-time purchase and to check your supporter status. No purchase, no contact. Payment is handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. We never see or store your card details. This is why the extension requests the https://extensionpay.com/* host permission.

Data storage

Your progress (unlocks, settings, run history, daily-run scores) is saved locally using the browser's storage API. This data never leaves your device. You can erase it at any time from Settings (Wipe Save) or by removing the extension.

Children's privacy

Emberwake collects no personal data. It transmits nothing unless you choose to buy the optional supporter pack, which is handled entirely by ExtensionPay and Stripe. It poses no data-privacy risk to users of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change and the new version will be posted at this URL.

Refund Policy

Emberwake is free to play. The base game is fully playable and beatable at no cost. The only purchase is an optional Supporter Pack, a one-time payment that unlocks cosmetic husks, ember tints, and bonus Ascension content.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because the Supporter Pack unlocks digital content immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds.

Cancelling

You are never billed on a recurring basis for the base game, and there is nothing to cancel to keep playing. If you hold any recurring supporter plan, you can cancel it at any time through ExtensionPay, which manages all billing:

• Open the extension, go to the Supporter Pack screen, and choose Manage, or visit extensionpay.com and sign in with the email used at checkout.
• Cancelling stops any future charges. It does not refund payments already made.
• Content you have already unlocked remains yours.

Payments and billing are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live, and where such a right applies it overrides this policy.
