Outpost Earth, a Celexly product, does not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal information. It has no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising and no trackers. Your saved games never leave your computer. The only time the extension talks to the internet at all is in connection with the Supporter Pack, and that request goes to our payment processor rather than to us.
Outpost Earth is a browser game distributed as a Chrome extension, published by Celexly. In this document "the extension", "we" and "us" mean Celexly and Outpost Earth. "You" means the person who installed it.
Nothing. We operate no servers, no database and no account system. We do not receive your name, your email address, your IP address, your browsing history, the pages you visit, or anything you do inside the game. There is no analytics package in the build and no code that reports usage anywhere.
The game saves your progress using the browser's own extension storage
(chrome.storage). This data stays on your device, and on your own Chrome profile if
you have Chrome Sync switched on, in which case it syncs between your machines through Google
rather than through us. We cannot read it. It consists of:
Uninstalling the extension removes this data. There is no copy of it anywhere else.
The extension makes exactly one kind of outbound request, and only in connection with the optional Supporter Pack: it contacts ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com), the third-party service that handles payment for us. This happens when the extension checks whether the Supporter Pack has been purchased, and when you open the checkout.
Everything else in the game runs entirely offline. All art, audio, level generation and game logic is bundled in the extension. If you never buy anything and never open the Supporter page, the extension still contacts ExtensionPay once at start-up to ask whether this installation has paid; that request carries only an anonymous key generated by ExtensionPay and no information about you or your play.
The extension is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone, of any age.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase. Data held on your own device is under your control: clearing the extension's storage or uninstalling it removes it. For payment records, contact ExtensionPay or Stripe, who are the data controllers for that information.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes with it and the updated policy is published at this address.
The extension requests the smallest set of permissions that lets it work. Each is listed here with the exact reason.
storage: to save your game. Campaign progress, survivor runs,
settings, keybindings and records are written to the browser's extension storage so they
survive closing the tab. It is also required by our payment library to remember that a purchase
was made. No data is sent anywhere by this permission.https://extensionpay.com/* (host permission): to process the
optional Supporter Pack purchase and to check whether this installation has already paid. This
is the only host the extension is allowed to contact, and it is contacted for no other
reason.extensionpay.com: required by the
ExtensionPay library so that a completed purchase on their page can tell the extension the
payment succeeded. It runs only on that one domain, reads nothing from the page, and is not
injected into any other site.No tabs access to your browsing, no <all_urls>, no
webRequest, no cookies, no history, no
bookmarks, no scripting on arbitrary pages, and no remotely hosted code.
Every line of code the extension runs ships inside the package and is reviewable.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Outpost Earth is free, in full. Every mode, every map, every enemy, every boss and every hour of play is available without paying anything, forever. The Supporter Pack is a voluntary tip with a thank-you attached, not a gate in front of the game. Because you can play the entire product before deciding, and because the pack unlocks immediately on purchase, purchases are not refundable.
A one-time payment of 7.99 USD. It is not a subscription: you are charged once, there is no recurring billing, and nothing renews. In exchange you get the whole campaign opened up, every city and every stage playable in any order from the start, plus a permanent achievement, a golden character skin set, and a small cosmetic badge. None of it changes the difficulty of the game or the content available to free players.
Because the Supporter Pack is a single payment rather than a subscription, there is nothing to cancel and you will never be billed again. If you ever hold a recurring plan from us, you may cancel it at any time and it will stop at the end of the period you have already paid for; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund payments already made.
You can manage or cancel any plan through the payment link in the extension, or through the account management page provided by our payment processor, ExtensionPay.
This policy is about changing your mind, not about faults. If you paid and the pack did not unlock, if you were charged twice, or if a purchase was made without your authorisation, contact us and we will make it right. Use the ALREADY PAID? button on the Supporter page first, as it restores a purchase made on another computer, which resolves most reports.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, where those rights cannot be waived by agreement. Where such a right applies, it applies regardless of what this page says.
For anything to do with privacy, a purchase, or a fault, contact us at celexlytech@gmail.com.
Please include the email address you paid with if your message is about a purchase.
We aim to reply within a few business days.
