Privacy and refund policy

Who provides Overlook

Overlook Live Wallpapers is provided and sold by the publisher identified on its Chrome Web Store listing. Google is not the seller and does not manage Overlook subscriptions or purchases.

Information kept on your device

Overlook stores your wallpaper choices, display preferences, shortcuts, favorites, playlists and imported wallpaper files in storage managed by Chrome. Imported images, GIFs and videos stay on your device. Overlook does not upload those files.

You can delete individual imports, clear the full library or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling removes storage managed for the extension by Chrome.

Search and links

When you submit a search, Overlook sends the text to Chrome's Search API. Chrome passes it to the default search provider selected in your browser. Overlook does not save or analyze your search text.

Shortcuts open the address displayed in the interface. Overlook does not add affiliate codes and does not track shortcut clicks.

Payments and account access

ExtensionPay provides purchase, entitlement, account restoration and billing management services. Stripe processes payment details. These providers may receive the information needed to complete a purchase, such as your payment email, transaction details and payment method information.

Overlook does not receive or store your full card number. The bundled payment confirmation script runs only on extensionpay.com so paid access can update after checkout or account restoration.

Data sale, advertising and analytics

Overlook does not sell personal information, imported media, searches or browsing activity. It does not include advertising, behavioral tracking or analytics software. Information is shared with ExtensionPay and Stripe only as needed for payment and entitlement services.

Chrome permissions

Storage saves extension settings and local wallpaper library information.
Unlimited storage allows you to keep large imported videos and images on your device.
Search submits a search through Chrome using your existing default provider.
Access to extensionpay.com confirms purchases, restores access and verifies whether Pro is active.

Refund policy

Purchases are final. Overlook does not offer voluntary refunds for monthly, yearly or lifetime purchases. You are responsible for reviewing the free built in wallpapers and the Pro feature description before buying.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. A refund may also be issued when required by the payment provider's binding rules.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. Pro access continues only while ExtensionPay reports the subscription as active. A lifetime purchase is a one time purchase for the lifetime of the Overlook product, subject to this policy and applicable law.

Policy changes and support

If data practices materially change, the publisher will update this page and make the change visible to users as required. For privacy, billing or support questions, use the support contact shown on the Overlook Chrome Web Store listing.
