Pointer, a Celexly product, runs entirely on your own device. We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data. We have no analytics and no tracking. The only time Pointer talks to the internet is when you choose to buy Pro, which is handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe.
This policy applies to the Pointer browser extension ("Pointer", "we", "us"), published by Celexly. If you have any questions, email celexlytech@gmail.com.
Nothing is sent to us. Pointer does not run analytics, does not use advertising or tracking networks, and has no servers that receive your data.
Your settings and creations are saved locally in your browser using the standard extension storage APIs:
If you turn on Chrome's built-in extension sync, some of these settings may sync across your own signed-in browsers. That sync is performed by Google under your Google account, not by us, and we never receive the data.
Pointer offers optional paid "Pro" plans. When, and only when, you choose to upgrade or manage a plan, Pointer opens ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com), which uses Stripe to process the payment.

Pointer is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Because we do not collect personal data at all, this is naturally the case.
You can remove all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling Pointer, or by clearing the extension's data in your browser. For any question about your data, or to make a request, email celexlytech@gmail.com.
You can cancel any time, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, and the Lifetime plan is a one time, non-refundable purchase. Pointer stays free to use forever without paying.
Pointer is free to use, and the free tier is fully functional: a large library of cursors, effects, buddies, and all accessibility features are included at no cost. Pro is optional, and you can try the free version for as long as you like before deciding whether to upgrade.

Payments are processed securely by ExtensionPay and Stripe.
This policy is offered in addition to any rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country, which it does not remove.
If a subscription renewal payment fails, Pro is paused right away while the payment is retried. Updating your card in the payment portal restores Pro as soon as the payment goes through.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe something is wrong with your billing, email celexlytech@gmail.com and we will look into it and make it right where a genuine billing error has occurred.
If we update either policy on this page, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. For refunds, any change applies only to purchases made after the change. Continued use of Pointer after a change means you accept the updated policies.
